Amari Basic Baking Course – this course is for you if you want to just learn how to bake at home for your family or your looking to get basic baking skills. Dates: Jan. 7th to 11th Cost = Kshs. 8,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 5,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by Jan. 6th
Basic Cake and Decoration Course – this course is for you if you want to learn professional basic cake making and decoration skills that can get you started in the baking industry. Dates: Jan. 15th to 31st Cost (9 sessions: Monday to Wednesday) = Kshs. 16,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 8,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by Jan. 11th
1-Day Local Pastries Class – this class is for you if you’re looking to learn how to make food snacks such as Samosas; for family or possibly to start selling. Date: Jan. 25th (9 am to 2 pm) = Kshs. 2,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 1,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by Jan. 23rd
3-Day Beginner Fondant Decoration class – this course is for you if you already know how to bake but you want to learn how to start decorating with Fondant. Saturdays Dates: Jan. 19th, 26th & Feb. 2nd. Cost = Kshs. 7,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 4,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by Jan. 16th. Poster details below:
