Amari Baking & Decoration classes scheduled for the month of April 2019

Here’s an update on the classes we’ll be holding in the month of April 2019. Remember you have to book your spot by placing a deposit for any class.

1-Day Beginner Yeast Pastries Class – this course is for you if you’re looking to learn basic entry-level bread skills for a day. Date: April 6th. Cost = Kshs. 2,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 1,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by April 2nd.

Amari Basic Baking Course – this course is for you if you want to just learn how to bake at home for your family or your looking to get basic baking skills. Dates: April 8th to 12th. Cost = Kshs. 8,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 5,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by April 5th

1-Day Yeast Pastries class – this course is for you if you’re looking to improve your basic level bread & pastry skills for a day. Date: April 16th. Cost = Kshs. 2,500. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 1,500 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by Jan. 13th.

2-Day Allergy Baking Class – this course is for you if you would like to learn how to bake for individuals with food allergies or specific preferences/ingredient omissions. Date: April 17th & 18th. Cost = Kshs. 4,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 3,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by April 14th.

1-Day Local Pastries Class – this class is for you if you’re looking to learn how to make food snacks such as Samosas; for family or possibly to start selling. Date: April 20th (9 am to 2 pm) = Kshs. 2,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 1,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by April 17th

3-Day Wedding Cake Class – this class is for you if you’re looking to learn how to decorate and stack cakes for wedding orders. Dates: April 23rd to 25th. Cost = Kshs. 10,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 7,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by April 20th
