Here’s an update on the classes we’ll be holding in the month of March 2020. Remember you have to book your spot by placing a deposit for any class. Deposits are non-refundable; so if you book a class – please purpose and plan to attend.

Amari Basic Baking Short Course – this course is for you if you’re getting into the baking world and you want to learn basic baking skills to use at home as a hobby or to test out whether Baking is a skill you’re interested in pursuing. Dates: (Saturdays) March 7th, 14th & 21st: 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Cost = Kshs. 8,500. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 5,500 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop a week before. Book by March 5th. If you book with full payment – you only pay Kshs. 8,000
Amari Advanced Cake & Decoration Course – this course is for you if you’re looking to improve your intermediate cake making & decoration skills to an advanced professional level. Dates: March 3rd to 6th, 10th to 13th, 17th to 20th & 24th to 27th: 9 a.m to 1 p.m. Cost = Kshs. 36,500. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 5,500 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop a week before. Book by Feb. 29th. If you book with full payment – you only pay Kshs. 33,500
3-Day Beginner Fondant Class – This class is for you if you’re looking to start learning how to decorate using fondant. Dates: (afternoons) March 17th – 19th: 1.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m. Cost = Kshs. 6,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 4,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop a week before. Book by March 14th.
1-Day Beginner Yeast Pastries Class – this course is for you if you’re looking to learn basic entry-level bread skills for a day. Date: March 23rd. Cost = Kshs. 2,000. Book by placing deposit of Kshs. 1,000 and if possible; please visit the bakery workshop. Book by March 21st.
