Learn how to make soft & delicious Chocolate Swiss Rolls

In this baking course; the products you will learn are:

Traditional/Rich Fruit cake, Chocolate Mousse, Cheesecake, Sacher Torte, Chocolate Truffles, Swiss Roll, Chocolate Souffle, Chocolate & Berry Entremet, Eggless cake, Sugar-free cake & Gluten-free cake.

You also learn how to make & decorate with: Fresh Cream Frosting, American Buttercream frosting, SMBC, Royal Icing, Chocolate Ganache, Gum Paste, Modeling Chocolate & Fondant – advanced fondant decoration including using fondant tools for moulding, patterns & shapes e.g. bows.

You’ll learn a simple yet elegant wedding cake decoration and how to stack a 3-tier cake. You will also learn how to do your cake costing, pricing for a wedding cake; as well as how to give a wedding quotation.

Our next classes start on February 6th: this course is 12 weekday sessions of 4 hours each. (Tuesdays to Thursdays class – for four weeks) We only take 6 students per session in order to make sure each students learns & practices to the best of their ability.

Please note that prior baking and cake decoration experience/skills are mandatory in order to join this class.

Cost is Kshs. 24,000. To book the class; visit our bakery workshop on Ndwaru Rd in Riruta/Waithaka area, then place a deposit of Kshs. 12,000 to book your spot – at least 3 days before start of class. Balance is due by the sixth session (Feb 15th) – Kshs. 12,000. Payment can be made in cash or after the visit through our Mpesa Buy Goods Till no. 89736.
