Learn how to make soft & delicious Chocolate Swiss Rolls

In this baking course; you learn how to make 4 types of cakes: Swiss Roll, Rich Fruit Cake, Classic Cheese Cake & Chocolate Mousse Cake.

You also learn how to make & decorate with: (SMBC) Swiss Meringue Butter Cream, Colored Ganache & Fondant – advanced fondant decoration including using fondant tools for moulding, patterns & shapes e.g. bows.

Learn to decorate with fondant and use tools

You’ll learn a simple yet elegant wedding cake decoration and how to stack a 3-tier cake. You will also learn how to do your cake costing, pricing for a wedding cake; as well as how to give a wedding quotation.

It all sounds so wonderful doesn’t it? I bet you’re ready to book your spot and start learning how to step-up your cake game ^_^

Our next classes start on July 18th: this course is 9 weekday sessions of 4 hours each. (Tuesdays to Thursdays class – for three weeks) We only take 4 students per session in order to make sure each students learns & practices to the best of their ability.

Please note that prior baking and cake decoration experience/skills are mandatory in order to join this class.

Cost is Kshs. 15,000. To book the class; visit our bakery workshop on Ndwaru Rd in Riruta/Waithaka area, then place a deposit of Kshs. 8,000 to book your spot – at least 3 days before start of class. Balance is due by the fifth session (May 11th). Payment can be made in cash or after the visit through our Mpesa Buy Goods Till no. 89736.
