Then this 1-Day course is a must-attend for you. This class is 5 hours long; practical training in the mixing, kneading and frying of 2 local Kenyan pastries – Mahamris and Samosas. You also learn how to make soft, delicious Donuts and how to garnish them with chocolate and sprinkles.

You get to take home what you bake and you also get the recipe sheets on the pastries covered as well.

Our next class is on January 26th, so make sure to book your spot early. We only take up to 6 students per session in order to make sure each student learns & practices to the best of their ability.

Total cost for the class is Kshs. 2,000. To book the class; visit our bakery workshop on Ndwaru Rd in Riruta/Waithaka area, then place a deposit of Kshs. 1,000 to book your spot – at least 3 days before start of class. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Balance is due in the morning before start of class. Payment can be made in cash or after the visit through our Mpesa Buy Goods Till no. 89736.
We provide ingredients, equipment, a hair net and an apron. You are required to come with a kitchen hand cloth and carry a 2nd pair of closed flat shoes.
