We are currently ONLY offering online classes; hands-on practical classes are currently NOT available. We also sell locally tested baking recipe books (soft copy & printed books). We also offer external training on baking, cake decoration and basic baking business skills for groups, institutions or for staff training requirements. We also offer food safety and hygiene basic training.
