8 Steps to a very Healthy Herbal Juice in Nairobi!

For those who love baked goods but wonder how to find a balance of eating baked goodies and still staying healthy – I’ve got something you’ll like.

I suggest a balance of maintaining a healthy diet of good foods and beverages while indulging in a bit of sweet foods and baked goodies ^_^! I’ve decided to share this recipe for a herbal juice that my mum introduced me too. I take it often and also when I decide to detox (once in three years at least). It’s a step towards a healthy balance in life. The good thing about these ingredients is that they are easily available in the fresh-produce market at very reasonable prices. Try it out!
