GROUP VOCATIONAL TRAINING PERSONAL ONE-ON-ONE BAKING CLASSES 1-DAY REFRESHER COURSE

· Group training is generally done at the group’s site location or bakery workshop. The training can be conducted at our home-based bakery workshop; however conditions & charges may apply.

· Baking equipment and ingredients are provided by the group, a list of requirements will be given for proper planning.

–  Courses offered for group trainings are the Basic courses. Group trainings should not have less than 5 participants or more than 25 participants. If the group training is outside Nairobi county; transport, accommodation & meals for the instructor are catered for by the group.

-Individual can choose any of our courses to take on a one-on-one basis; quotation will be provided.

-Individual can also choose to pick 1 or 2 products to learn per session.

-Sessions will be held at individual’s home or bakery kitchen location. They will provide ingredients and equipment.

– If one-on-one sessions are at our bakery workshop, extra charges may apply (range of Kshs. 3,000 to 5,000/-) depends on each lesson

 

 

Each session will cover 1 baked product topic.

– Products that can be covered in refresher course:

REQUIREMENTS FOR STARTING THE BAKING CLASSES

  • Apron and Chef Hat/Head Cover
  • Kitchen Hand Cloth
  • Wear closed shoes to class
  • Be Punctual to class

 

TAKE HOME:

  • You take home the products you bake each time.
  • You receive a recipe booklet of all materials & recipe covered in the class.
  • You receive a Certificate of Participation after end of course.

Most of the above courses have scheduled dates posted on our website every month. If dates for a certain course are not posted, contact us for scheduling.

We provide the ingredients for the class as well.

Costs above are for group classes; if you would like one-on-one classes – different rates apply (starting at 3,000/- per session of 4 hours.)

Note that we use original Cookswell charcoal ovens in our baking, as well as the baking classes.
